These parts also often come with a warranty! Aftermarket parts are made by a third party. Although, these parts are sometimes less expensive, they are made to be generic. Generic means thy are built for more than one make and model. The fit and performance of these parts vary, as does their warranties.

Q: Do you service all makes and models?

Yes, we specialize in Chevy service but can service most makes and models. Call us if you have any questions!

Q: Do you offer service or parts specials?
A:
Yes! We have a rotating list of parts and service specials. You can find them on our website under our Specials tab.

Q: How do I know when it's time for my car to be serviced?

Your owners manual contains the exact maintenance schedule for your specific make and model. If you are unsure, feel free to give us a call!  

Q: Can I order parts for my car through your dealership?

Yes! We can order the specific parts for you or you can place an order directly on our website through our Parts Department.

Q: What are you service center hours?
A:
We are open Monday/Thursday 7 am - 7 pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 7 am - 6 pm, and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. We are currently closed on Sunday.

Q: How often should I get my oil changed?
A:
The general consensus is every 3,000 - 7,000 miles or every 3 months, whichever comes first. But, you can also refer to your owners manual for information specific to your make and model.

Usually, switching to synthetic oil is not an issue but sometimes, it’s not the best practice for older vehicles. Q: Which oil is better for my car, conventional or synthetic?
A:
Synthetic oil is recommended because it is specifically designed to provide a better engine performance, combat a build-up, reduce friction and wear, withstand high-temperatures, and better controls the breakdown of oil.

Q: What is the difference between synthetic and conventional oil?
A:
Synthetic oil is a chemically engineered oil to provide peak performance for vehicle, while conventional oil is cruder and more refined, containing impurities.

Q: How do I know when it’s time to get my transmission fluid flushed?

A:
Generally, tire rotations are recommended every 3,000 miles to 6,000 miles.
